To request a copy of your Free/Reduced eligibility, please complete and submit the following form. A copy of the letter will be sent to the email address on file with the school. Letters will only be sent to a student's school email address or the guardian the student resides with. If you need a letter mailed to your home, please call 425-385-4380 or email foodservices@everettsd.org
