This order form is for School Events only. (No CRC Events)

Please follow the steps:
1. Complete the form below two weeks prior to event date.
2. Have your budget code or PO # ready. We are not responsible for tracking it down. Thank you for your understanding.
3. Please note that event meal prices are per person. There will be no reimbursement for leftover food/products not utilized.
4. A food service worker will need to be hired for the event at $50 per worker per hour with a minimum of 2 hours.
